4th of July Pictures

On the 4th of July, we traveled to my parents in Northeastern PA. It was a great visit but not great weather. As a result, I do not have a lot of pictures outside that day. Luckily, the kids are cute rain or shine.

A" Footnote"

We had a very nice 4th of July. We traveled but it was all worth it. My family adores the kids!!

We are home for a day or so, then off to George's parents. Our niece is being baptized on Sunday.

Unless I get time tomorrow, you will get pictures from both of our visits next week at some point.

We are so busy! But I am doing something for myself. I have been working out a few times a week and I have decided to travel into this decade and have bought myself an ipod. I am currently uploading children's cds to my ipod. It should be fun.

Now, for my "footnote"...Before I became pregnant I wore a size 6.5 shoe(on the wider side). I became pregnant and turned into a size 7 wide within weeks. By the end of the pregnancy I was a 7.5 wide and that remained the same for 2 years.

I ADOPTED a baby and now my foot is a size 8 wide.

Who wants to put logic on this one?

Happy 4th of July !!!

Re-Adoption...Check!

Today was our re-adoption of Maya. Andrea Lear Amadoro became Maya Grace Lear officially today! Below is the best photo I have with the judge.

All four of us had to be ready and out the door by about 8:35am today. It was not pretty. But we did get there.

As George and I had our hands up swearing to tell the truth, Bryan shouted out..."I HAVE TO GO POTTY..."...over and over again. The hearing is 5 minutes if that and I know he can hold it but what a scene. Tears were coming to my eyes thinking he was about to have an accident in the judges chambers. Of course, he did not have an accident and did not even have to go for another 1/2 hour but it sure did gain him a little attention.

The hearing went very well besides that.

A Nice Weekend

This past weekend my parents came to visit. It was very nice!

On Sunday we went next door for a surprise party for our neighbor. It was his College Graduation Party. It was beautiful weather Sat. and Sunday it was hot but not humid.

So long for that, the next few days are supposed to be HOT and HUMID!

We are looking forward to Maya's re-adoption hearing at the courthouse this Thursday morning. Maya has been and will always be our daughter but this will make her name and her rights official. I will post more on that soon:)
