I did it!!!
After the Marathon with my two winners
Sunday night Melissa's sister and her two friends, Priscella and Claire watched all the kids. They were all in bed by 8pm. Good job girls!
We all went to dinner and then the post race concert(INXS).
Frank and Jen
Tim and Sue
Melissa and Pat(otherwise known as "PITT" by little Matthew)
I have always loved INXS, even now.
We had...
a great time...
Melissa, Sue and myself in the back of the bus
Pat and Melissa relaxing on Monday
Tim had excellent sand digging tools
Maya snoozed daily when on the beach
Jen and Michelle did Monday night's themed dinner...foods that start with the letter "P" from the game Scattegories( IT WAS GAME NIGHT).
We ate pigs in the blanket, Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches, Pizza, Peanut Butter Ice Cream, Party Cake Ice Cream and played ping-pong!
This was the night the kids went in the pool after having their jammies on! All we could do was laugh. It was so much fun.
We celebrated Colin's FIRST birthday and Melissa's 30 something...
Melissa with Colin. Melissa is a great "Mom" . She has no kids yet but is the oldest of 7
(Is that right, Mel?) ...and is great.
Melissa and Maya
"Aunt"Jen and Bryan
...and yes, that is a COORS light on a CARS boogie board
Maya LOVED the pool, every second of it!
The Sunset from our deck
Bryan and Maya watched with Jen and Frank
Bryan loved it, Maya fell asleep about 2 blocks in
The sand lies around like the snow where I grew up in PA.
I like this house!
Behind our house was Tuna Lane and all the houses have these dolphins
Another nap for Maya
A candid shot of Tim
Erin and Matthew are so cute here
Colin is just like Bryan was...eating some sand here
Matthew and Bryan in one of Tim's holes
Matthew is so cute!
Daddy and Bryan playing minature golf
The family at Motor World...George LOVED it!
Make Poppy proud
You too Maya!
Mexican night...all my dips ended up in Maya's raft. It was a great idea!
Tim roasting marshmellows...so the kids could...
make and eat smores!
Daddy and Bryan
Our photographer Melissa took these
Bryan and our honory family member, Thomas
Erin, Sue, Colin, Tim and Matthew
My Mom reminded me that last year on Labor Day we were visiting this angel in Guatemala. We had no idea when she would be able to be in our arms forever. Coming home without her was one of the hardest things I have had to do.
Now we are in reality...check out what these two thought of Mommy and Daddy taking a picture of them together!
Bryan took this photo of us...I kid you not...it was his first. He held the camera a little tilted, but steady!
