Bryan's Pre-K Graduation

Bryan is growing up very quickly!

Bryan's buddy Aidan

It was really cute. They showed us all they have been learning. He knows way more than we were aware of.  We ask him what he learned in school, and he always says, "NOTHIN' "

But that is not true! They all said the Pledge of Allegiance.

He can do letters...sounds..

...tell time..

read (a bit), do many more things with numbers than we knew..

Here he came to give us a present..

Here, he has received his "diploma" and has decided to sing into it.
Oh, so proud, he, he..

We are so proud of you , Bryan, you being a wise guy is starting to show in good ways!
Note behind us is our family info that has been up all year:)

Bryan loves his Nanny!
Nanny is so proud!

It is very hard to get Bryan to look at the camera for more than 2 seconds at a time!

Poppy and Uncle Mike are proud as well

Bryan with Miss Rachel

Maybe all teachers have a gift. I think they do, but Miss Rachel was extra special. The diverse group of children that she taught this past year could not have been easy but she did it in such a way that I wish I could have taken her home with me. Her demeanor is perfect for 5 year olds. Later this week, she is leaving to follow her husband's career. we will have never missed a teacher more.  Tears come to my eyes thinking about her leaving!

After Graduation...reception...

(Also known as CAKE TIME!!)
